Low Level Arenas
I havnt played in a year, I used to spend some time in these arenas, now i see they are empty. What did ANet do to make it dead? didnt catch in any update, could we get some more attention to those arenas to make them fun? or are they gonna close them like TA?

If ANet did anything "to make it dead," I think ANet just made other places/things more appealing than the low level arenas. Tbh, I havent even visited a low level arena in a few years and the fact that they are now empty for the most part only means that they will most likely stay that way.

How would we make them "more fun"? We already have titles and zbountys-nothing much you can do to them.

I don't think there is much point in restoring these arenas to what they used to be. They were fun, I loved them, but they really only serve to help new players (as in, completely new people, not just new characters) to get a feel to PvP. As such, the amount of people that would benefit from such an update would be tiny, and it's not like people don't get into PvP without them. Leaving the current mechanics but adding generous rewards wouldn't work, because then it would be like RA but with a level restriction, and a bunch of people with max AL armor and elites, thus defying the original purposed.
Analysis over, I can't see what can be done. I don't know the exact amount of people that play them, but other than getting a lot of new players in them there isn't much to be done.

There are two things that have to be done to "solve" the issue. The first would be to make it so that you can permanently play the arena without phasing out of it through experience or something. That can easily be solved by not letting the max level permitted in the arena to gain experience.
The second thing to do is to make PvP characters available for these arenas. This would mean soooooo much work. You'd need to scale down and/or limit attribute points, armor, weapon damage, etc., plus maybe put those restrictions of PvE players, even though those kinds of requirements might be hellish to just properly fulfill.
The reward of the whole thing would be minor. It's a neat idea to have PvP available at such an early stage and to be able to introduce people to it that way, but to try and change it at this stage of the game seems pretty pointless.

People continued playing the game and at some point no longer had low level characters.

it was useful back when it was only prophecies and after you finished the pve campaign, it was expected you would delve into pvp. the low level arenas served to ease people into pvp but nowadays doesn't really have a purpose beyond cartographer points.

The easiest way is probably to just have the opposite of "Journey to the North", so to limit the player stats & attributes down to similar to a level 10?
ie. say
- level 10 => say base health 280 HP
- 1 stat at attribute 9, 2 stats at attribute 6
- 60~80 armour (everyone plays low level arenas has dork armours anyways)
Who knows, with limiting attribute down to 6~9, may be it can attract those players who think "every" skills in the game were overpowered?

You can no longer use elites in low levels. It has been like this for a year or so now

Anet won't fix normal PvP, they won't even consider this. I would even wager they've actually completely forgotten this place even existed - I know I did.

If anything titles and zbounties did the opposite of making the game more fun.
From a PvP PoV anyway.

U haven't played in a year? So u know alot of people use heroes instead of pugs. And with 2 extra games there are alot of outposts. So people are more spread out.

Maybe you could host an event at one of the arenas or something lol, that might encourage some people.
